Service Description
Overnight Sessions-- $44.75 per hour Services for Mothers/Birthing Parent • Parent Education: See parental education list • Mental Health Check in • Rest/sleep breaks • House Management/Organization: Light Cleaning (load + empty dishwasher or wash dishes, vacuum, disinfect services; trash removal; restock nursery; toy organization; errand completion (cash only for errands), laundry (small loads only) Services for Baby • Feeding • Diaper changing • Bathing • Monitoring • Laundry • Dish washing & sterilizing (bottles & nipples, pacifiers, breast pump parts) Services for Dads/non-birthing parent, & extended family • Parent Education: *See parental education list* • Mental Health Check in • Rest/Sleep breaks *If you are interested in booking Sonia to provide you/ your family's postpartum doula care, please book a consultation so we can discuss the needs of you and your family to ensure we provide the best service possible.
